Coach Velasquez has coached varsity golf at Notre Dame High School in Belmont for the past five years. His teams have won league titles three of those years and have advanced to the Central Coast Section and Northern California playoffs nearly every year. Velasquez has been the golf instructor at Cañada College for the past five years.
The men compete in the Coast Conference League with San Jose City, Foothill, Cabrillo, Chabot, and Monterey Community Colleges. Players who have not played collegiate golf are welcome.
