2010 Events to be announced

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 13th Annual Arts & Olive Festival at Cañada College, to be held on Sunday, October 3th, 2010. The Arts & Olive Festival is a celebration with a rustic olive theme. The event takes place on the hilltop campus of Cañada College, featuring more than 350 olive trees.

Olive Information

1 p.m. – Home Cured Olive Workshop by Don Landis

Don Landis is presenting a home cured Olive workshop. He'll talk about the history of the Olive, the history of the Olive in California and a thorough description of the Greek Style of Olive curing with no lye. Tasting Olives with cheese and crackers too.

By the way, I have now recently attended Graphics/Web Design classes at Cañada College, San Mateo College, SF State CEL and in the past: SF City College, Academy of Art, UC Berkeley Ext. and Santa Cruz Ext....WHEW! ....and I think your program there at Cañada is great!
