	Dr. Cheng Chen
Bio	Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. degree in structural engineering from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, in 2007. He is currently an assistant professor of civil engineering in the SFSU School of Engineering. Dr. Chen has published technical papers in conferences and journals. He is member of ASCE technical committees of Seismic Effects and Structural Control. Dr. Chen is also member of professional organizations including ASCE, ACI, ASEE, EERI and NEEScom.
