Bio |
Mutlu Ozer
received his Master degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering from Istanbul
Technical University and San Francisco State University. He worked as
naval engineer officer more than 21 years in the duty of designing, building
and overhauling naval vessels. He has been teaching a variety of engineering
courses since 2001 at SFSU School of Engineering. He has scientific publications by well
known international conferences. |
