A Petition for Degree must be submitted to Admissions and Records by March 16, 2011. This deadline has been extended to March 16 and this is a FINAL deadline. Students MUST meet with a counselor prior to submitting their petition. Select the appropriate form below, print it out and submit it to Admissions and Records.
