7 Steps to Your Personalized Fitness Plan

The Fitness Center is open Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Monday through Thursday 5:30-8:30 pm.; students may work out whenever the Center is open for a maximum of 2 hours per day. New students are required to attend an orientation session prior to using the Fitness Center. The Fitness Center follows the Cañada Academic Calendar for holidays and recesses. Choose the course below —FITN 112, FITN 117, FITN 118, FITN 1190—that's right for you and register online using WebSMART. ( High school students enroll through the High School Concurrent Enrollment process.) FITN 117, 118 & 119 students may work out whenever the Center is open for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
