Monday-Thursday 5:30 - 8:30pm

Fitness Center students may use the facility anytime during our hours of operation.

The Fitness Center follows the Cañada College Academic Calendar for holidays & recesses.

Parking:

Parking regulations are enforced 24/7. Everyone parking on campus must purchase a daily parking permit (machine available in each lot).

Tip of the Week!

There are 168 hours in a week. Schedule 6 hours per week for yourself and exercise. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, for minimum health benefits we should enjoy physical activity at a moderate intensity for 30 minutes five days a week, plus complete a total body strength training routine twice per week.
