Classified Staff Development Conference and Workshop Funding

Classified employees are encouraged to attend work-related professional conferences, workshops, and seminars.

The SB1131 are one time funds Classified employees can use to attend work-related professional conferences, workshops, and seminars. The limit per request is $350.00, first come, first serve. These funds can be used for registration fees, or any other expenses associated with the professional activity in which they wish to enroll.

Classified Staff Development Tuition Reimbursement

Classified employees who successfully complete formal college coursework towards a degree may be eligible for funding through the tuition reimbursement program. The program is intended to support employees who wish to upgrade their skills and/or complete a college-level degree program at an accredited institution.

AB1725

These funds assist with conferences and other expenses. AB1725 funds not available for travel expenses. Funds are limited so there is a $200.00 maximum per person, per year.

There are limited AB1725 funds remaining for Classified.
