ASCC Organizes Event to Help Evening Students Learn About Services
Feb. 19-20 event will introduce evening students to crucial services.
The Associated Students of CaƱada College is organizing an event to help introduce evening students to the wide array of academic and personal services available at the college. The event will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19 and Wednesday, Feb. 20 in the cafeteria. It will start at 6:30 p.m. both evenings. "Students aren't always aware of the services available to them," said event organizer Anahi Chavez. "Evening students have even less exposure to critical student services." Chavez said she hopes evening faculty will take a short break from their classes to bring students to the cafeteria. For more information, contact Chavez at chaveza@smccd.edu.
