Small Fire in Bldg. 13 Quickly Contained, College Remains Open
Classes scheduled in Bldg. 13 this afternoon and evening will be held in different buildings.
A small fire in a faculty office in Building 13 was quickly contained by the Woodside Fire Department this afternoon. Nobody was injured and damage was limited to the office where the fire originated.
"I want commend the staff, faculty and students for an orderly evacuation of the building," said CaƱada College President Thomas Mohr. "We were extremely fortunate. Nobody was hurt and property damage was minor."
The college remains open and classes continue. Below is a list of afternoon and evening classes scheduled for Building 13 that have been moved or cancelled for Tuesday, Sept. 28.
