Women's Golf Team Wins Central Valley Conference Championship
Samantha Kang and April Capas are named to the all-conference team.
The women's golf team stormed through the last part of the season, winning six of their final eight tournaments and capturing their first Central Valley Conference Title on Tuesday at Madera Muni Golf Course. The golfers now advance to the Northern California Tournament Nov. 9-11 in Lemoore and the state championships in Ventura the following week. Samantha Kang and April Capas won all-conference honors with Kang earning the top golfer of year award with an average score of 79.
