Tour the Stanford Linear Accelerator - Sign Up by Nov. 29

Learn about research at the facility, eat breakfast with a scientist.

Cañada College students have a unique opportunity to tour one of the nation's premier research labs, the Stanford Linear Accelerator. The tour will take place Tuesday, Dec. 4. The tour includes a visit to the Klystron Gallery - the world's longest building - to see the particle accelerator and find out where the quark was first discovered. There will also be a tour of the Synchrotron Radiation Lab and students will have a chance to eat at SLAC's cafeteria with a scientist.
