Lunchtime Concert to Feature 12-year-old Virtuoso

A 12-year-old electric guitar virtuoso will be the featured act for the first in a series of lunchtime concerts at Cañada College. Bandolero Duran-Herrera will perform at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15 in the amphitheater. It is the first in a series of luchtime events highlighting the performing arts at the college.

Bandolero Duran-Herrera features 12-year-old Gabriel Herrera-Duran on electric guitar and cuarto while Ismael Duran-Galfano sings, plays guitar and cajon. They will be playing songs from Chile to Mexico, celebrating important bicentennials across Latin America.

Bring your lunch, enjoy the sunshine and listen to the music in the middle of campus. The concert is free and open to the public.
