Summer Program for Sequoia High School District Students

Earn college and high school credits this summer.

If someone told you that you could save money on college tuition would you listen? We thought so. The Cañada Connection Summer Program can help you do just that. This summer, Cañada College is offering college courses, taught by college professors, at Woodside High School. Classes include History, Speech, Sociology, Psychology, and Career Planning. You’ll earn both high school and college credits. And it’s free for high school students! These are classes you’ll probably have to take when you get to college. That means you’ll have to pay to take them - unless you’ve already taken them this summer. All of the credits you earn this summer can be transferred to four-year colleges and universities so what are you waiting for? Students will tell you, Cañada College stands for personal service. In the summer program, you’ll get the same hands-on instruction you would receive at Cañada College. These are college-level courses so they’re not easy, but having that personal service that Cañada College is so famous for guarantees you the opportunity to succeed. For more information go to Programs for High School Students and click on "Cañada Connection Summer Program."
