Continuing EOPS students are required to fullfil all program requirements such as meeting with EOPS counselor three (3) times per semester, submitting progress report for each class per semester, and attending orientation each semester. Students are encouraged to complete the EOPS checklist each semester to ensure all program requirements are met. Not fulfilling all the program requirements may result in jeopordizing elibigility for additional services such as book voucher, laptop/book loan, parking permits, bus passes, etc. To obtain an EOPS program requirement checklist, click here.

Students are not required to resubmit an EOPS application if they have continued in EOPS & CARE without interruption.
