Release from Liability Form for Off-Campus Outings

Are you going on an outing with TRiO-SSS? You will need to download and fill out a Release from Liability Form (note: this document is in pdf format which requires that you have Adobe Reader, available free from Adobe, installed on your computer) and bring it to TRiO prior to the trip.
