Fitness Program Evaluation

  1. Evaluating your fitness progression is a continuous process.  Students should assess themselves at least three times over the semester, depending upon the type of assessment.  Use the first assessment to set a long-term fitness goal and an appropriate starting point for exercise.
  2. The second assessment is to evaluate the effectiveness of the fitness program and the relevance of the fitness goals.  Are you seeing the desired results from your fitness program?  Is your long-term fitness and wellness goal attainable?  Is your long-term fitness goal too easy?
  3. The third or final assessment at the end of the semester determines whether the long term fitness and wellness goal is obtained.
