Cañada College welcomes 28 new international students this Spring 2016 semester, bringing our total international student enrollment to 140 -- a 16% increase from Fall semester.

The new students are from: Brazil, China, Colombia, Jordan, Sweden, Kazakhstan, Israel, Italy, Russia, Luxembourg, and Nepal.  Vice Presidents Gregory Anderson and Kim Lopez and Deans Lizette Bricker and Chialin Hsieh and Misha Maggi and Megan Rodriguez Antone provided encouraging words during the International Student Luncheon on January 4 and Redwood City Vice Mayor Ian Bain welcomed the students at City Hall during a tour of downtown Redwood City on January 6.  We wish all new and current international students much success in the upcoming semester.
