Cañada College is sponsoring an upcoming blood
drive on Campus, and needs your help to ensure patients around Northern
California have the lifesaving blood products they need to see tomorrow.
The blood drive will be taking place on
February 26th at the bloodmobile in front of the bookstore from 10am to 2pm,
and all donors will receive a free t-shirt as a thank you for saving a life!

This interactive talk will be followed by an
introductory meditation session to help you connect with your body and
breath. Together, we will explore why radical self-care and reconnecting
to our ancestral healing practices is critical for the work of liberation.
