Martha Chavez:

Martha has worked in our Learning Lab since 1997.  She helps ESL students learn, and all students apply for college and financial aid, and register for classes. She also helps students make contacts
in the community for assistance with legal, medical and psychological questions.  Martha is a mentor, a teacher and a friend
to us all.

Jacque Phillips

Jacque is a professor who has been teaching ESL in colleges and businesses since 1962. She has taught as Cañada College since
1988. Students learn quickly with Jacque because she is very professional.

George McFarland

George has been tutoring intermediate reading and conversation in our program since 2000. He is a retired mechanical engineer who loves to discuss readings with students.  Students enjoy his kind, friendly approach.

Dorothy Madden

Dorothy has been tutoring in our Learning Lab
since last year.  She is a retired marriage and family
counselor. She presents reading and vocabulary in
a very clear way.
