Division Meetings 2026-2027

Division meetings will typically occur on 1st Fridays during Fall and Spring semesters, from 12:10pm-2:00pm. Planned exceptions to this pattern are noted below.
Meetings will typically occur both over zoom and in Building 3, Room 104. Exceptions will be noted on the individual meeting agendas.
Meeting agendas will typically be sent out 2-3 days in advance of the meeting.
Meeting cancellations or changes in day/time will be announced on this webpage and via email as soon as such changes are known.
To request an agenda item:
- To request an agenda item for a meeting, please email both the Dean and Division Assistant.
- In your email, please provide the following information as part of your request:
  1. which meeting you would like the agenda item in,
  2. title of the proposed agenda item,
  3. a brief description (at least two sentences but less than a paragraph),
  4. the amount of time you would like for the item,
  5. names of presenter(s) or if you are requesting that someone else facilitate the topic,
  6. whether there are any time constraints for when the presenter(s) can attend the meeting.
