Student Services Program Review

Student Services Program Review submissions are studied and provided peer feedback by the Student Services Planning Council. SSPC prioritizes student services non-personnel resource requests before submitted them to the Planning and Budgeting Council for certification and recommendation to the College President for funding.  Student Services Programs are on a 3-year cycle for comprehensive program review per the chart below.

As a general reminder, there are some programs that could do either the Instructional Program Review process through IPC or Student Services Program Review process through SSPC. For these programs, it is up to the program which review process they want to follow. A program who has gone through one process in past years could decide to switch. In general, a program should choose the review process that provides them the most helpful feedback. To request a change, please notify the PBC Program Review Subcommittee no later than the start of spring break prior to your comprehensive review year: canprogramreview@smccd.edu.
